The silent guitar is crafted with a lightweight composite body (dressed in a limited-edition black metallic exterior), a mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The Yamaha silent guitar conveniently breaks down quickly to fit into an included gig bag for easy transport. Electronics include piezo in-bridge pickups and an internal digital signal processor that reproduces the natural-sounding reverb of a user-selected acoustic space. The Yamaha silent guitar has mini-stereo inputs to plug in a CD player for play-along. The practice guitar interfaces with the Yamaha AG Stomp.
